Fall 2019: Produced and edited footage for Shaw ARG Conexión’s fall event. This video is featured on the Conexión’s website.

Video Work Over The Years
While at Kennesaw State University (KSU) for my Communication degree, I took Advanced Video Production, Public Speaking, and related film classes. There I became familiar with the editing program Final Cut Pro and videography basics. I also volunteered to help film a CNN sponsored public speaking showcase at KSU. I interned at DeKalb Community Service Board, where I interviewed a variety of individuals — both staff and approved patients — regarding the success of the program for use in newsletters and videos. I helped their videographer setup, film, takedown, and edit interviews.
After college, I filmed wedding montage videos for friends and family, as well as travel videos using the equipment available to me, such as a DSLR and GoPro. At my home church I filmed several events over the years — including Singings, Homecomings, and Baptisms. I purchased a Sony 4K camera to aid in that work. Often I posted short clips on our church Facebook page. I also wrote scripts for three Christmas plays, which included dialogue, stage directions, and lighting instructions. When I first started working with Shaw, I created screen-capture training videos for Shaw Web Studio's dealers. Years later I also gave direction to my summer interns to do the same. I also scripted and acted in an informational video for Floorvana.
In an effort to continue my videography work at Shaw, I have volunteered my time for projects with the Shaw Concierge, Conexión, and Floorigami. You can click below to read about some of these experiences, as well as see the final cuts. All of my recent editing work has been done using Adobe Premiere, which I am fluent in.
